International women's day

Happy International Women's Day!

We just wanted to take the time to introduce ourselves to all of our lovely new followers using an old photograph from before the days of social distancing.

I'm Georgia (Rachel's daughter) and I handle all of the social media as well as online sales via our Etsy shop.

My Mum (Rachel) established our wee glass studio almost 5 years ago after relocating to the Scottish Borders and spending a few years away from the glass world. She has been creating fused glass art and dichroic jewellery for over 12 years.

I joined my Mum last year in the business and I create the stained glass, silver jewellery and polymer clay jewellery. I have a fashion and design background, but I grew up learning stained glass at a young age from both parents, and I love the craft.
Unfortunately our studio/gallery at Harestanes is closed to the public due to Covid restrictions, and we would normally have various workshops and classes available throughout the year.

We really want to thank all of our friends, customers and followers for their continued support and kindness. It truly means a lot to small businesses during this difficult time.
